No email received
If you are expecting an email and it does not arrive in your inbox, check your spambox. Also check if you have entered the correct email address, in case of an incorrect email address we cannot get through to you!
Incorrect email address
Before you send the order/contact form, carefully check whether your email address has been entered correctly. In case of an incorrect email address, the order cannot be delivered. And we cannot contact you either.
Mailbox full
When your mailbox is full, your order cannot be delivered. Please log-in to your account then.
Log-in
You find the log-in button on the left side of the shopping cart icon. By clicking you will be taken to the log-in page (account). Here you find your order history.
