What is an automatic web system?

This is an automatic web system, after receipt of payment you will automatically see a download button. By clicking on it you can immediately download the pattern.

The ordered patterns will also be sent in pdf file to your email address.

Didn't you receive an email?

If you are expecting an email and it does not arrive in your INBOX, please check your SPAMBOX (junk mail). Also check if you have entered the correct e-mail address, if you have an incorrect e-mail address we will not be able to reach you!

Did you enter an incorrect email address?

Before submitting the order/contact form, please check that your email address is entered correctly. If you have an incorrect e-mail address, the order will not reach you. We will not be able to contact you.

Is your mailbox full?

If your mailbox is full, your order cannot be shipped. Then log in to your account.

How do I log in?

The login button is located to the right of the languages. Clicking on this will take you to the login page (account). Here you will find your order history and you can still download your patterns at any time.

How is the pattern sent?

The pattern will be sent as a pdf file. To open it, you need a pdf reader on your PC/Laptop. To open the pdf file on your Tablet/Smartphone you need an APP to read pdf files.

Why can't I download my pattern?

  • You may be able to log out first and then log back in.
  • It often works on a different device than the one you were first logged in with, such as laptop, computer, mobile or iPad.
  • It could also depend on which browser you’re using: Chrome usually doesn’t work, Explorer does.
  • It is also possible that a security program on your computer is blocking the case.

If you still can’t download the patterns after these tips, you can always contact me. I will send the patterns again via e-mail.

All Stip & Haak patterns (including the free patterns) and photos are ©copyrighted and may not be used for commercial purposes. The patterns may not be shared, translated, copied, published and/or (re)sold. Publication of the patterns on the internet or elsewhere is also not permitted. The patterns are for personal use only!

Selling Stip & Haak stuffed animals

Cuddly toys that are made in response to the patterns of Stip & Haak can be sold as long as it remains a hobby. This means that you are not allowed to sell the stuffed animals in large quantities.

It should also be mentioned that it is a design and pattern from Stip & Haak!
