Does your order only contain digital products? You will receive it immediately after payment, without shipping costs.

The PDF files are available online for download within your account. You will also automatically receive a confirmation email containing the download link to your pattern.

Does your order contain physical products? Your order will then be shipped within 3-4 working days via PostNL. The exact delivery time depends on the product and the delivery time of the delivery person.

The shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart.

Does your order include a pre-order? The entire order will be shipped as soon as possible once the pre-order is available.

If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
